This review is for the Member's Mark frozen meatballs in the new blue colored packaging which appears to becreplacing the existing reddish brown packaging. I roasted the entire bag on a half hotel pan per the bag's directions. The amount of grease/oil that sweated out the cooked meatballs was enough to require multiple sheets of paper towels to absorb it. In addition, these newer meatballs seem.to have less meat and more filler.

The previous version of these Member's Mark meatballs that were actually made by a company called Casa di Bertacchi are still being sold by Sam's Club but now under the packaging of Casa di Bertacchi alone, in a blue bag. Casi di Bertacchi Appetizer Size Meatballs. Same old delicious meat balls - same size meatballs as before, same gluten free ingredients, same size and weight of bag. These "new & improved" meatballs are Sam's Club's attempt to copy the other meatballs but cut out the middle man. These meatballs aren't bad, but not nearly as good as Casa di Bertacchi.
