Since buying this bed I have never slept better, I also have not had to go to the chiropractor either. I went to a few stores to actually try out some of the different TempurPedic beds. The Cloud Elite was always my top choice and an investment well worth the money.

The new Mattress we purchased is not much different from our old Tempur-pedic. The Mattress and base were very pricy. I doubt I would purchase this set again. Our biggest complaint is the smell of the foam. We were told the smell would last two weeks, it has been two months and the smell is still there. It was so strong the first two weeks we could not sleep on the bed. The massage and lumbar support features built into the base are not very effective. The sales and delivery personnel get 5 stars for service.

You know you're always sceptical of how true the reviews are. My wife and i suffered from constant back pain in the morings. On july 4th i finally had enough and ordered the Tempurpedic Cloud, the only issue i had was i wIted to long.....i should have purchased it years ago. Now we wake up refreshed without pain. Best purchase i have ever made. If your sceptical like i was, dont wait. This matress is everything that they say it is.

The King xl mattress was fine in the beginning. Last year or so, my side of the xl mattress was giving me back aches. Seems like the mattress was sinking in spots. Contacted the company. Had to do some measuring and picture taking of the mattress in order to file a complaint. Took two times to do this to get it right. Eventually they agreed the mattress was bad and told me to go to the store and pick out what I liked, although the current mattress was no longer being made. They would allow me the total price of the original mattress but I would have to pay the difference of the new one. This amounted to about 150.00. About 2 weeks later the new mattress arrived free of any shipping charges and they took the old one away. Bottem line. It cost me a few bucks-but what other company would stand behind their product like this one did. Thanks Temperpedic. I am now sleeping very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It feels nice the base is nice, but it is hard to move around. To move side to side or to get off the bed seem to be a challenge. I cannot complain about the sleep, I just tend to have a hard time moving around.

The mattress itself is very comfortable and a good improvement from our previous mattress. My only problem is that it has a built in bed spring which makes the mattress very heavy for when I'm putting the sheets on. Any suggestions are welcomed. Other than that my wife and I are very happy with the mattress and the service that we received.

These soft-foam mattresses do not work for me at all. I had a tempur-pedic mattress for several years and initially it was fine, then I started waking up with the worst back, hip and neck pain consistently. Mattresses are supposed to support you, but you will just sink in to the memory foam causing body distortion and accompanying pain. The entire concept is flawed. I do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason why I say it that way it's because my wife has had much better sleep improvement since we got the mattress and once she is pregnant I'm sure it's going to come in handy for her, and that is what makes me happy about the mattress. As for my self, I can't say that I'm impressed, but at the same time, I can't say that I'm disappointed because it is definitely not the case at all. The reason why I'm not overly "impressed" it's because it does seem to make my back/body feel a bit uncomfortable at times, especially after extended sleep but I guess that type of thing happens when you're tall and getting a bit older lol, but overall I must admit it is a great product and investment for the future. Overall, I do recommend this product and I still give it 5 stars.

This is a replacement mattress, when our mattress had a problem they stood behind it. It not even broke in yet and we love this bed. I am a tempur pedicure for life customer! We both have cancer related pains, my husband has bone cancer and we cannot imagine not having our cloud bed.
