Works great…for a short time

I purchased a dozen of these for basement, garage and shed lighting. They looked great initially but with 1-3 years, all of them fail to turn on. These seem like a great deal but be ready to replace them, at your cost, in half of the warranty time.

Terrible

Needed six for garage. Hung them up. They looked very good and bright. Within a month two quit working. Bought two more. Within six months three more have quit working. Honeywell use to be nice stuff. Not anymore.

Hello Ed, I&#39;m sorry your light is not working. Please exchange it at the store or email me at customerservice&#64;idctexas.com and let me know the issue. To activate the five-year warranty and provide a replacement, I&#39;ll need a photo or screen shot of your receipt, along with your shipping address. **Regarding the heat you feel on the one end, that is where the heat sink is located, which dissipates the heat coming from the LEDs. LEDs do not make much heat, however, at the higher lumens there is a level of heat that must be diverted out and away from the light. This is natural and should not be a problem.
