Not that bright, flckers
I own many LED bulbs, strip lights, etc. all are non name brand, all work fine. I wanted a name brand shop light and bought 4 of these Honeywell, They all flicker, just enough to be annoying, ands the light is sort of dim as well. I think the color temperature a lot to do with it, Also its lame that the LEDs themselves, yes the tiny little components, are visible. I think thats what causes the dimness, because the light doesn't get dispersed from each LED properly. I have a 4000 lumens generic single LED thats 24" and it out-blasts this light. Took all 4 back.

Lights burn out soon
I bought 6 of these lights about a year ago. After 4 months, 2 of them stopped working. Recently another one stopped working. They say they last 50,000 hours and my lights have been operating a maximum of 5 hours total. They are connected to an occupancy sensor and they turn on when motion is sensed which is generally when the garage door opener has been activated or when I walk into the garage from the house. I was very impressed with the amount of light that is emitted but 5 hours of continuous use is a lot less than the 50,000 hours they specify on the box. I paid $27.99 per unit and see they have lowered the cost to $19.99. Don't waste your money.

Overall a Good Light
I added several of these to my garage. The quality of the light output is great. My only criticism is the mounting method for mounting directly to the ceiling: 1. The metal is very thin and can be bent accidentally when trying to get the screw heads into both slots, and 2. The mounting holes are NOT setup for studs that are 16" apart. However, the lights are lightweight, so mounting with a screw and anchor should hold it fine.
Limited life
Worked great for about a year, then started having problems with the drivers failing. Flickering, dim, and extended start up times. Honeywell did warranty the fixtures but wait time was 6-8 weeks to receive replacements. New ones havnt lasted any longer
dangerous garbage
I bought two of these a few days ago. Both defective with serious, dangerous defects. One apparently has a dead short that immediately trips the breaker. The other comes on and appears fine but the end with the switch and the cord coming out gets very very HOT. I mean 180+ degrees hot as measured by IR thermometer after one hour. LED lights should not be hot, this one you cannot touch . I bought similar ones two years ago and they were perfect. No heat. No problems. Returning and looking for a new source. Clearly no QC on the mfg process in China. The name Honeywell used to mean something. Beware
Not Great!
I purchased 4 of these units. Shorlty after installing them, one unit completely went out. Unfortunately for me, thinking they were a long lasting, quality product, I hardwired them when I installed them, which I'm sure voided any warranty. Now I have to take a chance and buy a replacement so my lights will all match.

DISAPPOINTED………
I bought five of these lights, had less than a year and only turn them on when I go into the garage. Put very little time on them and have had them fail in the same way as others, simply do not turn on after a couple of months and once in a while flicker and work and then turn off. Tried to contact customer service since they have a 5 year warranty, did not pick up, emailed customer service and no response. Said they are trying to respond as soon as they can but that was 2 months ago……Wouldn't recommend. The price was right, the illumination was great and the company generally has a good quality behind its name but these do not reflect quality.

bare minimum quality
I don't ask much of lights, I like when they turn on and I like that they provide light. Two of the lights I received sections of some of the LEDs (a row of 14 leds) have already went out. While the rest of them seem to keep working I don't have faith that these are going to last long.

Not suitable for indoor use
Very bright in the garage. I got it as a three pack so I put two in the garage and one in a room I am using as an office. They work well in the garage, but not so well indoors. The light color at 5000K is too white. Zoom video appears so bright that I am usually the one who has a ghostly shiny face lol! The biggest problem I have is that the light flickers badly and causes eye strain. I measured with a light meter and the lux fluctuated 10% at random every second! So it works in the garage but not indoors.
Each light is independent!
Got four of these to hang in a workshop to replace hard-wired florescent lights. Fairly easy to hang, although definitely recommend drilling pilot hoes as one hook snapped right off trying to twist it into wood beam. Got everything linked up, turned the first light off thinking the other three would switch off as well. Big fat NO! What is the point of linking lights if when you enter the space you have to turn each light on individually?! The pull chain is less than 10 inches long, so unless you extend each pull chain when hanging from a ceiling, or happen to be 6 feet 5 inches plus, you'd need a ladder to reach the on/off. Really annoyed I spent so long installing these only to have to remove and return. Very disappointed - would not recommend at all.
Hello ukcat, I'm sorry for the frustration you experienced with your lights, however, there was nothing wrong with your lights. Linked together, the lights are designed so they can be turned off or on individually using the pull chains. To control the lights by a single source, the outlet used for these lights must be governed by a switch. Using the switch, you can can control all of your linked lights at the same time. Again, I'm sorry for the trouble and hope you'll consider Honeywell again for your lighting needs.
