I used this on pizza, in stuffed squash and in scrambled eggs. The flavor is good and not overpowering.

I can leave nothing alone or as is, This sausage is good by itself but I like to add fennel and sweet basil that I grind up with an old coffee grinder.I even toss in some cracked red pepper to zip it up for any Italian dish

Read the ingredients; corn syrup. Very odd, sweet, pork flavor...not "Italian Sausage" flavored.
