Taste good in spaghetti

Excellent

Purchased this yesterday for the 1st time. I mixed in some fennel seeds, made them into patties, I put them in a fry pan with a little water and cooked until water evaporated, then let them brown. I served them on a bun with grilled sweet peppers and onions, it was excellent, and reheated great for 40 seconds the next day in the microwave.

This is great tasting ground sausage. We mix it in our spaghetti sauce, use it in our lasagna, and even put in on our pizza. The flavor is exceptional. The sausage browns well and we find that it isn't too greasy. It's a regular purchase for us and definitely a "must have."

I was afraid that it would be to greasy but to my surprise it was not and still flavorful. I would say probably an 85-15 mix. The aroma was heavenly and the seasoning was spot on. I use it in a soup and a basic spaghetti sauce. This is perfect as a shortcut on those weekday meal preps. I did add a little garlic powder as a personal preference but it really wasn't necessary after tasting it. The yield was surprisingly good for a pork sausage.

the sample of the sausage was excellent . Not greasy, full of flavor and very delicious. Used my first packages within days of getting them and went back to club and bought another package. tasted great on the pizza and pasts dishes that we used it for. I'm from the Midwest where good sausage is king and this rates right up there with the best.

I thought this would be delicious with grilled peppers and onions. Tasty, but not overpowering. My hubby put some in an omelet and LOVED it!
