I had a great experience with this product. I loved that I could stick it in my dryer and then forget about it. Plus, I liked that I feel like I am reducing waste in landfills because I don't have to throw away multiple used dryer sheets. The only reason I took off one star is because I don't like to use softener on my towels as it decreases absorbency and there's really no way to turn this product "off" without removing it altogether.

This product is not ready to be put to use by the public. Did it work? Yes What's the problem?? My clothes are all marked up with a waxy residue! I've washed three loads of laundry, and all of them were affected, especially my Carhartt pants! Now I have to remove this garbage from my dryer, which probably means scraping and using Goo Gone or WD-40 to finish cleaning off the glue residue. You guys so failed on this.... It only deserves an eighth of a star at best for a neat idea.

Actually, I had no problems with this bar at all. As a matter of fact, my washing machine hardly cleans clothes at all. It is old and slowly "failing." Sure, the clothes are cleaned by the detergent and water, but there is always something missing once they are done. The dryer bar did the trick - made the clothes smell so nice, clean and fresh when they came out of the dryer. I really liked using this product and was sorry when it was gone.

This got rid of the pesky dryer sheets that end up everywhere after I do the laundry and it was so easy to forget about it once it was installed! I didn't notice any residue. However, we did have to discontinue its use after our baby was born a couple months ago. The bar seems to last a long time and was pretty sturdy once stuck.

Someone bought this about 5 months ago, and it's still making my clothes soft and great smelling. I love the scent, everything comes out of the dryer without static and I've had absolutely no problems at all with it. I love this thing! I bought it just to see if it would really last as long as it says and it does! I do a LOT of laundry with 3 kids in the house and my washer & dryer do 3 loads at once. But this bar still has lasted as long as it says!

We have been pretty pleased with the Bounce Dryer Bar. We really liked the scent, and our clothes and towels were much softer. Our detergent does not really give a fresh clean scent, so the bar really helpd with that. We liked it enough that we bought a second bar after our trial one. On the negative side, it does not last nearly as long as advertised, and needs to be replaced much sooner, to be effective. The holder has stayed intact for us, but we did find a little bar residue on some clothes just once. I think making some improvements on the prevention of the issues the other reviews have had, and this would be an exceptional laundry product.

I don't normally use dryer sheets, but I decided to try one of these, and I really liked it. I couldn't figure out why my clothes were so soft until I remembered I'd put the dryer bar in. I just wish it lasted longer, but with three kids, I do a lot of laundry, so I can't really complain!

There are just two of us in our house and we may do less laundry than most folks but my Bounce bar has lasted three months and is still working. The best part is the convenience. I don't have to keep the box of dryer sheets on the shelf, I don't have to remember to put them in the dryer and I'm not always finding dryer sheets on the floor. When the one I'm using is all used up, I'll definitely buy another one. The bar is working great - staying put in the dryer, our laundry comes out smelling great and there are no (or less) wrinkles -- just what I expect from Bounce.

I had a hard time peeling the cover off the holder so I could place it in the dryer. It took me almost 15 minutes to peel it off, and was ready to return it when it finally came off. YOU SHOULD MAKE THE BACKING WITH A TAB SO IT WOULD COME OFF EASIER. This the second one I placed in a dryer and had same problem first time. I had to replace my last dryer, and had to replace the holder in the new dryer. I really love the bar or I wouldn't have went through the trouble.

First impression of the dryer bar was that it smelled great. I did have some concerns about any damage the adhesive would cause to my dryer, but I decided it was worth a try. Initially, I was happy with how the bar worked, but I noticed soon after that my clothes were much more static filled then with a regular dryer sheet. I was also a bit concerned with not being able to easily remove the bar when I had things I wanted to dry without a softening agent, like my microfiber towels. After about a month, the fragrance was greatly diminished, and static cling increased. I finally removed the bar and holder. It left a lot of residue, which I was able to scrub off with a white scrubbing eraser. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this product to a friend.
