I have used Puffs Ultra for years and have always liked the thicker tissue which didn't leave lint behind. However, the recent changes brought about a wimpy, thin tissue which leaves lint behind that is difficult to brush off your face. Please listen to us consumers and change back to the old tissue we all liked so well!! If not, I will be forced to buy another brand and another company will get my business instead of yours.

The product in my opinion is second to none. The problem is that I am embarrassed to have the boxes where people can see them. I am shocked that someone sees the designs as attractive or even neutral. I often wonder if this was an internal joke to see who could designe the ugliest boxes. Is there a reason that you cannot design boxes that are broader in appeal. Even other lines of Puffs come in better designs. I will say that the holiday boxes are generally very well done and I enjoy those but the basic cubes and rectangular boxes are not attractive! Did you assume they were all stored inside of a tissue holder?

I'm a customer for many, many years but ready to switch brands for tissues. The tissues get stuck and by pulling them out they come out in clumps of several tissues then you have to go into the box to try to get it started. It's not a random issue, I've gone through so many boxes with the same problem. I love the tissues but you could improve on the packing. It's very annoying.

I have purchased Puffs ultra before and it is a good product, however I use just regular Puffs and would buy nothing else. However, I am begging you to change the color of the boxes you sell your products in. They are ugly and gawdy!!! They don't fit into anyones decor that I know. Two years ago, or so, I purchased Puffs in boxes that were different shades of tan & a light green, in a checked pattern, they look nice!! It is a neutral color and goes with most decors. I am still using those same boxes!!!!!!! But they are looking worn, please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Puffs Ultra for years. I have allergies and sinus problems and find that the tissue doesn't shred all over my clothes like many other brands do (and I use a lot of tissues!). However, Puffs changed the design of the box this year and I'm most distressed about it. It is now a pop-up design with plastic surround the tissue. I liked reaching into the box to grab a bunch of tissues to fold and keep in my pocket to use throughout the day. This design takes so much longer that I'm less likely to use the product and take less tissues with me. I have to fold them individually, or turn the tissues around so the fold faces the same way to get them to fold properly. I also used to recycle the empty boxes, but with the plastic in them I no longer bother. Environmentally and for convenience sake, I'd surely love to return to the former design - no plastic and grab and bunch and go!

Puffs in the past was the best tissue on the market. Lately, however, the quality has declined. The tissues are thinner, they are difficult to get out of the pop up carton, and the carton designs look like they were derived from an 8th grade art class.

I have used this product for years. I like it because it is strong, the big economy box fits in close places like between shelves and I can grab a bunch and go. I have alergies and use quite a bit of this product. Much to my dismay the packaging has been changed. If I had wanted a pop-up I would have used a competitor's product. I'm very disappointed.

I have tried other brands, but there is nothing better than posh puffs with aloe. That is the only thing I buy now and I love the pretty boxes! I would like to see you make them in boxes that match the animal prints that are so popular now. Thank you! Boopey

We've used Puffs for a long time; it's the only brand I'd buy. But lately, they are getting thinner and thinner. Why is that, and will they go back to their original strength? I always buy 2 or 3 3-packs at a time, and now that they're in the "pop-up" containers, the quality has diminished. I don't want this "review" to go around the world, I just want to know if I can buy the stronger ones, once again.

I have used your products for years and really like them. I and several of my friends do not like the patterns on the boxes.. You used to make nice pastels in pinks blues, greens, yellow etc. with pretty flowers and designs on them. Now they are bold colors, circles, dots etc. very ugly and do not match our bathrooms or others. Please return to something we can display. Thank you,
