If we are sick in this house Puffs is the only way to go. If your nose is irritated at all do not hesitate to pick up a box of these. Especially for the little ones and their tiny little noses. I recommend them all the time but most importantly, when you're suffering from a stuffy nose.

Normally I love puff tissues. My previous purchases of Puffs must have been Ultra because I had always thought they were the best tissue out there. Nothing else would do. Recently I bought a box that is really not up to the standard that I had expected from puff tissues. They are thinner and smaller. I now put two together and get an adaquate size, Next time I will know to buy the Ultra package.

I have purchased these tissues many times. My nose never gets sore. My family has many allergies so we go through a lot of tissues. I always have a box at work on my desk. Thank you for such a great product. Your tissues never fall apart when you use them. You have decorative boxes can use in a womens workplace or masculine enough in the mens work area. Your tissues never leave a lint residue when you pull out of the box. I only purchase your tissues because you have a great product.

I actually changed from Kleenex to Puffs simply because of the design of the box. Now you copied Kimberly-Clarks poor plastic-top design, and the new boxes suffer the same tissues stuck in the bottom problem. You now need to reach through that plastic opening to dig out the bottom 20 or so. I liked the old box where they were easy to grab, regardless of how many were left in the box. Drop the new thing, new does not always mean better. You have taken away your differentiating factor, and now are just equal with your biggest competitor, instead of superior.

I use Puffs Ultra extra strength exclusively for years now, I had an issue with fine little particles from the tissues flying in the air, but that seems to have resolved it self with the new "not-so-soft" tissues. That's OK by me. They are still plenty soft enough and don't make me sneeze!! My bigger issue is the change in the box opening. I use tissue box covers that have a cut-out that matches the original large boxes.You still have that style with your" Puffs plus with lotion" ...but... the pop-up style leaves those pesky particles dusted all over from having to be pulled though that slit in the plastic inside liner. :( Make me smile by offering both versions of box tops ...PLEASE

I don't know how I got so lucky, I purchased Puffs in GA and OH Ultra Soft and Strong and they are rougher than the toilet paper we used 45 years ago in elementary school. Did someone forget part of the process when they made them? I've been a Puffs user for 50 years and now I have to switch to Kleenex. Kleenex are softer than Puffs! Talk about a upset. I guess it is March Madness...Who is your Ultra Soft and Strong?

When using tissues, I like to purchase puffs. I have such a sensitive nose that the texture of the tissues are so soft, even when they don't have added lotion involved. The other brand Kleenex is always my back up when I can't find these tissues in the store!

Used to be great. Had sinsus infection /4 wk& used several boxes. Now they are so small and so thin it takes 2 or 3 to blow your nose. Very disappointed- thought you were ahead of Kleenex is every way. Can you go back to the nice sized soft tissue????Know I've written before, but things keep getting worse, not better!!! Do something.

I am deeply disappointed. The last box I opened at home and the last one opened at work, both seem to be a lot stiffer and not so soft. I am wondering if you have changed something recently to make this noticeable difference. I do not like the quality of these.

My wife likes the travel packs to carry in her purse, the car, suitcase, etc. However, they can not be found any more! We used to get a pack of the travel packs at Target, the only store carrying the multi pack, but they no longer have them. To buy them separately, i.e. one pack at the time, is price prohibitive for us, so she takes other tissues, folds them and sticks them in the little plastic sleeve. Where can we find the packs now? Why is it when you have something good you have to improve it and make it worse??
