Very disappointed:( purchased 4 boxes of puffs plus lotion standard size box and the tissues are folded in such a way that the next tissue doesn't pop up making them practically impossible to get out. I thought it was a fluke box but they are this way. Cant use them :(

I LOVE Puffs Plus with Lotion or Vick's. I have always gotten sinus infections that can last several days with a runny nose all day, every day. I used Kleenex as a child and would have a sore, cracked, and red nose after the first day. After I switched to Puffs Plus, I no longer get a raw and cracked nose. My nose is not even red! I always buy Puffs Plus, and give away my boxes to anyone around me who has a runny nose!

As far as I am concerned there is no other tissue. Puffs Ultra is the ONLY tissue I buy for me and my family. They are soft and strong and hold up better then any other brand I am unfortunate to have to use when in someone else's home. I make sure I tell everyone that other brands might be cheaper, but not always, but Puffs Ultra is ALWAYS better.

Where can I buy puffs ultra to go. The store I normally buy them no longer carries them I have looked at other stores and pharmacies and have not been able to find them. My husband and I carry them all the time. He has allergies and these tissues are bigger and better than the other brands. Please help!

Allergy Patients - These are the ones to use! Strong enough for all the woes and misery of the allergy season without leakage or break throughs when blowing your nose. Just hope they don't decide to add scent or aloe because I'm allergic to those. Wish they still had the individual tissue sheet boxes available in my local stores because folded together "pop up" tissues have to be pushed back into the box to avoid exposure to allergins such as dust, mold, pet dander; so I have to fish the "pop up" tissues out later. Also hard to divide between multiple rooms (I try to use whole box up before tissue deterioration sets in, thus triggering more allergy problems). Low "dust" level compared to other tissues.

The automatic pop-up is a pain and the lack of that feature was one of the reasons I've purchased this product since it came out. Secondly, and more distressing, the tissue is not as soft as it used to be. It is stiffer and rougher. If you had a good thing, why change it?

I like the puffs brand for my nose. It is soft and comfronts when you have a really bad cold or allergies. I am very disppointed in the package of Puffs. I don't like the criss cross of the product. You use to stack them neatly in the box and they were easy to access and get some to put in you purse.

I am not exaggerating. When you are about 1/2 way through a small box, the next tissue is not protruding out of the box. You have to dig into the box to get the next tissue, which is usually only 1/2 of a tissue, and then after you use a couple more tissues, you get another 1/2 tissue. I just want Puffs to be aware of this.

I am disapointed in the puffs right now. I buy the puffs plus and I get some with nothing on the sheets it feels like sandpaper. If I wanted sandpaper to use on my nose I would of bought sandpaper..... And have you seen that the box got bigger or has the sheets gotten smaller????? I like puff plus if it has lotion on the sheets....

Puffs used to be my go-to brand. The tissues were the softest and most comfortable. Whatever they have done to the formula in the past couple of years has ruined them. They are scratchy - the ‘ultra soft' and the ones with lotion as well. I'm sure it was due to cost cutting, but I will only buy Kleenex now.
