We use Puffs Plus. Would prefer Puffs regular since you get 50% more tissues per big box, but it's very hard to find. We don't like tissues with lotion or anything else in them. Why? !) I have my own scent, 2) I have my own lotion, 3) you can't clean your glasses with Puffs lotion. So, a great tissues, but I'm feeling RIPPED OFF lately. You are making the tissues smaller by folding them with less and less double coverage AND just look inside the box, The tissues appear a full INCH less than the length of the box. Please don't cheat. Raise the price, make the box smaller, just be honest. Thank you.

I have used Puffs for years. I was somewhat dismayed, however, to find that I had picked up the wrong box and it had Vicks in it. Instead of taking it back I decided to use them the next time I had a cold -- which wasn't long after. They saved my nose! I found myself smelling the vicks before I used them which helped tremendously. Then I saw that through time my nose wasn't red like normal, that it was somewhat "vicksed" and soft. I have recommended these to many of my friends and will continue to do so. These things are awesome.

This product is the best tissue I have EVER used, however i cannot find these in Ultra family size in any store that I shop in now. I have to by the small pop up.. What am I to do?. I have a pop up box in every room but like the larger old Ultra product. The store says the company orders and stocks and vice versa.Please help

I have been using Puffs for over 20 years. They were THE BEST!!!! The last year or so I have noticed the boxes (of course) the tissues are smaller, less count in boxes also there are pieces of tissues in the boxes...like 1/2 tissue. Also you get boxes where they are Great about 1/2 the way through then you get these sandpaper tissues...What's up??

I've bought this product(Puffs Ultra) for years - it's the only one I like- but something happened. This last box was fine until I got to the middle of the box. Then they were scratchy & rough, not up to normal standards, and now my nose is sore. This has never occurred before. What Happened?? I am not concerned with the price increase- just want the previously stellar product!

I just realized when I cut the top off my box of Puffs , for decoration purposes...That the cunsumer is being shorted. What is up with this? The tissues are 1 inch shorter than the box.... What is going on here? I expect this from Generic but not Procotor & Gamble....or just let us know it's to support the mothers at the Olympics...I can be ok with that. In the future either give me a full sheet of tissue or shorten the box.

I used to buy Puffs all the time. The last time I purchased Puffs Ultra. I used a tissue to wipe my runny nose and then left the house to run some errands. I ran into a friend who asked me what was all over my nostrils. I went into the closest bathroom and was horrified and embarrassed to find bits and pieces of the tissue all around my nostrils and in my nostrils. No wonder store clerks were giving me funny looks. For a product to disintegrate like this and leave residue of the tissue on someones nose is inexcusable. I will never buy Puffs kleenex again! Obviously your product has gone downhill because it certainly is an inferior product. I will be looking for another brand of kleenex in the future.

I love Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong tissues and keep a box in just about every room in my house. Please come up with some classier box designs so I don't feel the need to hide my Puffs. How about losing the flower & butterfly designs on pastel colors and give us more of an adult look. Maybe some darker rich earth tones.

I've read other reviews expressing the same about how useful the "old" packages of Puff to Go were. I've gone everywhere in search of them unbeknowns to me that they were going to use a new package which I don't want. Guess I'll have to use the Kleenex like the one reviewer talked about which is probably not as good but will have to do and is cheaper.l

I have purchased Puffs in the past but this purchase of a package of 3 boxes of Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong are terrible because when you wipe your nose particles from the tissue stay on your nose and face. The particles also come off on to your clothing. I really think there is something wrong with these tissues, I have to keep checking my nose to make sure I don't leave anything..... Not good.
