With allergy season starting I have had a few bad days already. Recently I must have had some in a hoodie I was wearing and forgot to check pockets when I put them in the wash. Upon opening the dryer I found a few fragments of tissue and thought to myself "Oh great I am going to be cleaning up tissues for days" Must to my surprise 80% of the tissues remained unharmed and were still soft as ever. I will definitely be continuing my use of Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong!

I have used Puffs forever and will not buy any other brand. But my recent purchase of a box of Ultra must have come from a stock where something bad happened. The tissues are not soft, in fact they're hard and scratchy. And they have the odor of plastic when you put them to your nose. I think this was just one bad batch and wonder how many other people got hold of a box from this pallet. I will definately return them to the store for refund.

My 95 year old mother-in-law buys these all the time, the last ones she bought were fine for about 10 tissues but then they were put in the box wrong and would not come out. She opened another box and it was the same way. she can not use them so thats at least two boxes , she hasn't opened the other two yet, that she can not use.

We find the boxes of Ultra Soft are often packed with two separate "wads" of tissues. The first will come out of the box, one after the other normally, being folded together properly. Then, about half way through the box they aren't folded together and a tissue comes out leaving no "next tissue" to grab. We've had occasion when we almost threw the box away thinking it was empty, then noticing there are more tissues down in the bottom of the box. When we reach down and pull them out we find that there are about half of the tissues left, but the whole batch is folded opposite of the first batch, so that the tissues can't be grabbed one at a time and pulled out with another one coming out after it from the fold. So, we have to pull the whole remaining batch of tissues out of the box, unfold the batch, then fold the batch the opposite way and push the batch back down into the box. Then as each tissue is pulled out the next one will come after it and be ready for use. This is very annoying to be sure!!!

This product has changed. I used to use puffs exclusively because I thought they were the softest tissue available. In recent years, I've begun to think they're not as soft as they used to be but I continue to purchase them. I have two boxes in my home currently and halfway into the box it seems like the tissue changed. They are so rough it feels like I'm using a paper towel. Unfortunately I will no longer be a loyal purchaser of puffs. I was wondering if other people feel the same.

I have used Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong exclusively for many years now. Yes, the product changed a few years ago - they're a little smaller than they used to be (boo!) - but they are still the best one out there! I can't stand it when I go to someone else's house and they only have "the other brand"! My hands get wet when I blow my nose - YUCK! I love Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong!

Puffs Plus used to be soft and felt like they had lotiion in them, but now they are terrible. In the past I have spent untold amounts of money on them, but no more, ever. I am switching to another brand, period. P&G has apparently tried so hard to cut corners they lost the ability to capture and keep a true satisfied customer. Yeah, I am one of the 99% that does not make money like the CEO of P&G, so I guess I am now relegated to scratchy and smaller horrible tissues.

I absolutely Love PUFFS, and buy no others even if the box is prettier or more decorative. The reason I love puffs so much is that, these tissues will hold up in the washing machine.. Yes there's always a tissue buried deep in the pocket in someone's jeans, that you did not retrieve prior to laundering. Ever opened up you washer to a white mess of mutilated tissue paper? Puffs does not do this, they've even come out of the dryer in one piece, to where one could probably reuse it again? Though that would be between you & your Puff!! I do miss the Puffs on the go package that has been discontinued, this package made for easy access, the Puffs on the Go now, is OK, but I'm not a fan of the packaging. Please continue to keeping the product soft & durable.

I've used Puffs Ultra tissues for ages, and can't find them any more. They're head and shoulders above the plain Puffs and the Puffs with lotion when it comes to strength, and I think they're way stronger than the other top brands, but have they been taken off the market or what? I can never find the large boxes of Ultra anymore, so where are they normally in stock these days? Marieliz

I, too, like the ultra puffs but I hate the new dispenser box!!! If I had wanted a kleenex box I would have bought kleenex tissues all these years. Please, please, please go back to the puffs box that allows me to take one or as many as I want at a time!!! Thanks for having a format for my review.
