I don't know what the deal is, but the last 3 flat boxes I have opened have not been pop-up folded. Is this the way they are going to be from now on? Love the tissues, but since I take them out of the box and use a tissue ring, the non-pop-up fold thing is not working for me.

I have been an absolute firm devotee of the Ultra Soft brand. I have used them for years and will use nothing else. However, the last 4 boxes of Puffs Ultra Soft I purchased had in the middle of the tissues, rough, harsh tissues...Are the everyday puffs being intermingled with the Ultra Soft? Tell me it's just a mistake and you're not trying to get your customers used to the harsher feel tissue If it's just an error, then my ratings would be at 100%

I love Puffs with lotion and have used them for years. I have noticed that sometimes when I buy them however, they are not the ones with lotion. This seems to happen more frequently now. There is a big difference and you can easily tell they don't contain lotion. They are not soft and fall apart and crunch up just holding one. I don't want to switch products but it is a problem not to get what you are purchasing.

We have used Puffs Ultra for a long time. I am not happy with the current new box pull-ups and the quality of the tissue itself has changed. Also we have had many 1/2 sheets in the tissues so with getting less strong tissues we are also getting less usable tissues.

These “Ultra Soft Puffs” are like sandpaper. As an allergy sufferer I am always looking for soft tissues. During allergy season I use a lot of tissues. I was hoping these would be the answer. I couldn't have been more wrong. I have now resorted to using toilet paper as it is much softer. Unfortunately,my search for a soft tissue will have to continue. Puffs Ultra Soft Tissues are off the list.
