For many years I have been buying Puffs kleenex, and usually always the Ultra Soft and Strong. I do like the softness. However, recently, there have been some of the kleenex boxes which have had kleenex in them with tiny holes along the edges of them. Sometimes even there is only half a kleenex, as it has been torn in half along the length of the kleenex.

I always buy Puffs have for years but this year I could not believe the design on the boxes, it is terrible. Please go back to your nice designs. I now buy another brand of the small boxes to put out in my bathroom because the Puff's boxes or so ugly

I am disappointed with the colors and designs on the Puffs cube boxes. There are no longer the lovely blues, greens, mauves, browns, etc. and the flowers, swirls, etc. that used to grace the packaging. One can no longer find colors or designs that compliment rooms in the home. The quality of Puffs is good, but the packaging leaves lots to be desired.

When this line was introduced, the packaging was outstanding - very attractive. For the past several years, it has been terrible - and seems to get worse and worse as time goes on. Who in the world designs this? I love the tissues, but hide the boxes from view.

Puffs Ultra is the only brand of tissue I buy. I love them, but could the boxes be any uglier??? They used to look nice, but now they have ugly colors with even uglier patterns. Please bring back the old boxes, or come up with something more attractive.

Puffs is soft and supple to use and never falls apart. It holds together; with no pieces falling apart when it gets wet like other brand tissues when it gets wet. Puffs sets it's self apart because it offers a variety of tissues such as line of tissues with lotion, regular tissues in variety multi colored boxes or in variety packs or in 4 boxes sold together. Puffs is the leader in the industry. I use Puffs Everyday Use Since I have allergies and Asthma. I would recommend it to everyone.

I still purchase only Puffs and am using the Ultra Soft and Strong and am willing to pay the premium price for a superior product. I really miss the Puffs Extra Strength, which were a full 3/4 inch longer and heavier density. The latest incarnation of Puffs feels a lower quality. If I am using a facial tissue in someone else's home, from a blind container, I can't tell if it's Puffs or another name brand! (And I agree on the ugly boxes, the geometric prints and colors are too trendy . I also miss the seasonal changes in design in attractive colors and from nature designs.)

We have used Puffs for years. And even though we still like the tissues themselves, we have to switch back to Kleenex. Why? Because of the horrible, new boxes. The flashy, bold designs from the 60s are absolutely horrible. A tissue box should be subtle & blend with its surroundings...not scream, "HEY, I'M OVER HERE. I'M GETTING ALL THE ATTENTION IN THE BATHROOM--KITCHEN--BEDROOM--Etc BECAUSE I'M SO LOUD AND UGLY." Seriously. I'd be happy to consult with your team - I have plenty of design experience & could help make improvements in the boxes.

Yesterday, I received my first VoxBox from Influenster. At first, I was excited to get the chocolate, and then I opened the Puffs tissues. I get sick every winter and I blow my nose so much that my nose gets red and chapped. These tissues are so soft, that I don't think a chapped nose will be a problem. The only Rudolph will be the one on my television. The tissues are very soft and smell very good. I would definitely recommend this product, especially to people who get sick every winter, just like me.

Puffs are my preferred go to tissue. They are gentle on my nose, even when I have a long term runny nose. My husband likes the big boxes because he can get his large hand in the opening. The only reason I don't rate them with five stars is that I do not like the colors of their boxes. I find the colors so drab and depressing. Also they never match my blue and brown decor.
