Hey Puffs, let me know when I can get my old tissues again and I will buy a box. Until then, it is a competitor's tissue for my nose. Your product, once the premium tissue in the marketplace, has become below average. My local supermarket generic brand is softer and stronger.

The puffs to go ultra tissues are nice tissues and I carry a packet with me. HOWEVER, the packets look like sanitary napkin individual packets, and my friends and I will not buy the "to go" packs again. Whenever I am having to rummage through my purse for my phone or checkbook, and the Puffs to go packet falls out, I am embarrassed because I get a look from the saleslady, etc.

Hi I have been using Puffs for over a decade and have loved your product. I use no other brand. I purchased two boxes the other day that I am disappointed in . I have come to expect a soft non-abbrasive tissue. Actually I don't even think about the feel of my tissue until recently. I purchased Puffs Plus in a rectangular box. The tissues feel scratchy. My family has allergies, so we use Puffs daily and several times a day. I was supprised at the quality of the tissues since I never use anything else. I am hoping that this was just a manufacturing error and you haven't changed anything. The sku on the box was 037000075455, if that is helpful.

I like my tissue covers because I prefer to do my own decorating. I usually buy another brand but I decided to buy ultra soft again. But they now don't fit my high end coordinating tissue box covers. I hate change for change sake. I am exhausted with designers

I recently purchased my first boxes of Puffs. I try to fill the closet before the sniffle season and had a coupon for 3, so thought I'd give them a try. My husband actually said exactly what I was thinking..."those are so easy to get out of the box. Buy those again". I purchased the 200 2-Ply box and it is so easy to grap one. No worries about them globbing up in a big wad. We keep tissues throughout the house, garage and garden shed. I counted 12 boxes!, so I visit the tissue aisle at the store quite often. Keep up the good work!

I was excited to get my first Voxbox from Influenster, including a to go packet of Puffs Tissues Soft & Strong, especially since my 2 day-old cold is going strong. I'm torn between using them to cuddle my nose between sneezes, and sewing them into an oh so soft blanket to curl up in. ;) Thank you puffs!

regarding your new purse size I would rate it vert low. there was nothing wrong with the previous purse size. If I wanted thmis purse size I could have bought Kleenix,. I never would have believed that you would copy something from the Kleenix brand.

When this line was introduced, the packaging was outstanding - very attractive. For the past several years, it has been terrible - and seems to get worse and worse as time goes on. Who in the world designs this? I love the tissues, but hide the boxes from view.

We have purchased Puffs for many years, after trying other brands. We always get all three size boxes, for different rooms.. Now we can find only the big boxes and the cubes. I use the third kind, the flat rectangular pop-up box, for a shelf on my bedside stand, and in the car, because it is easy to snatch a sheet with one hand. To do that with the cube brings the whole box with it. So my only alternative is to look for another brand that carries the flat rectangular pop-up box of tissues. I called your number as seen on this site, but it was totally not helpful. So sorry to give up on you after all these years.But maybe there is hope that the rectangular pop-up boxes will again become available?

I love the strength and softness of Puffs. My husband and I disagree over whether the kind that has the side opening or the pop-up box. Both have disadvantages. The pop-ups some times fall back through the slot and the side opening usually are hard to get near the bottom because of the way they are packed. All in all, though, the strength and softness outweigh the problems.
