I loved the Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits so I gave these a try & I am highly disappointed. They are SO greasy they make the biscuits soggy if you make them according to the instructions. I had to take them apart & cook them then soak up all the grease 4 paper towels before putting them back together. The biscuit is chewy and not appetizing at all. I will not be wasting my money with these again....buy the full size biscuits, they are MUCH better quality.

I had a coupon and thought I'd try these and, I'm glad to say the coupon covered the cost because these were not that great. When following the microwave directions the sausage always came out soft almost mushy and the biscuit was disappointing. I experimented with cooking them in the microwave and found that I had to do to cycles in the microwave. A 1 minute cycle with everything wrapped together and, then a 30-35 second cycle just for the sausage. Having to do the extra steps in the morning was not ideal but, it made everything way better.

These ARE a delicious and easy snack. I got a box to keep in the freezer at work, instead of the more expensive kind (and less per box) we usually get. They taste good, but they are significantly smaller than the previous brand we bought. And the size of the biscuit in relation to the sausage is hilarious. Isn't the biscuit the cheaper ingredient? Would it really cost that much to make the biscuit a tiny bit bigger?

Liked the sausage croissant. But when I joined weight watchers and started counting points , I decided to try these. What the heck , smaller so must be fewer points. Right? Then the fun began. How could a snack so small be 13 points? Tried to determine if I had read package wrong. JD makes it difficult to determine if the biscuit was 1 serving, 1 2-pack , or a full box. Further, they are doughy , and pretty tasteless. Going to cook turkey patties and prepare ahead.

Overall rating is based on me only getting 8 instead of 10.

These used to be a nice snack. Now they have no flavor at all. It's like eating cardboard.

I have gotten these for years, and ate them every morning. Now they changed the recipe, and I can't stand them.

Not filling, cook time takes longer than you would expect. Sausage flavor is nice but biscuit is a tad bit dry.

My son loves these. It is a very quick and easy breakfast for him. He is a picky eater and this is one thing he will often ask for.
