The picture quality is GREAT! And I compare it to my neighbors plasma. There's not a day goes by that I don't say I LOVE MY NEW TV to any one I know. The remote is also small and simple to use. Which for me is a plus. The last TV remote I had, had so many buttons it was confusing. I also like the smart TV part of it. I haven't gotten the WiFi thing down though. I'll probably have my friends kid set that up. I'm more old school and am not too savy on that stuff. I would recommend this TV to anyone buying a new TV.

I am so glad we got this tv. It was easy to set up and it is so nice to use when watching Hulu or Netflix which is what I watch most of the time. We have had this for three weeks and so far no issues. We are looking at getting a camera so we can Skype with friends and family. Really glad we made this purchase.

I have to say that this tv exceeded my expectations. picture is great as well as the smart features. the wifi works very well. The usb port is awesome. So far it has played many different video clips off of my thumb drive with great ease. I even like the remote and button placement. you will want to buy something to enhance the audio because the internal speakers are fair at best. the tv does have outputs for plugging into a stereo or surround sound.

Walmart did their job in getting the tv to us. The only problem was when we opened the box their was NO POWER CORD in the box, I called vizio customer service and they told me 8-10 days for them to send out a replacement, terrible customer service on their part, so with that said I would not buy another Vizio tv period. Good news I went to a Walmart in up state NY and the manager of the store listened to my story and gave me a replacement cord on the spot, thank you Chris in Johnstown NY. I still will not EVER buy a vizio tv based on customer service with vizio. Walmart :)

great tv for reasonable price

I chose to purchase this TV after considerable research and ordered it from Walmart with home delivery. TV arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The TV was easy to set up, but did need two people. As expected, the sound quality of the set isn't anything to write about, but you can easily add a sound bar or hook it up directly to your current stereo. Placement of the coaxial cable is a little awkward. But, based on the price of the set, these are some things I could easily live with. I liked having the manual right in the TV so could check things out. The menu does allow you to make a lot of changes from the factory settings which is nice. Although there is an on-screen keyboard for internet access, the remote control is a standard remote and a bit too small for my taste. I bought a qwerty remote to go with the set which will make it a lot easier to access the internet. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I love my new TV. I had originally wanted the 60" that was out on black friday, but opt'd to beat the crowds and purchase the 50" sooner. I had the item shipped site to store. I was a little worried about the item being broken in the shipping, after I read alot of the posted reviews. However, my TV was packaged and shipped with care. Nothing was broken or scratched. I also purchased the Vizio sound bar w/ wireless subwoofer. At times the sound goes in and out but I think it has something to do with the sound bar, idk. One thing with the TV is that the signal goes out every now and then. Like in the middle of a DVD movie playing. It doesnt happen enough to make it a problem though. Also, I live by a train and when the train passes regular TV will pause or skip, or the signal will go out for a second. I do wish that the TV stand allowed the TV to swivel or be adjusted to move up or down. Overall: I love the TV!

Good customer service, not so good product..failed in less than a week. The good news is that Vizio shipped a replacement in less than 5 days...is being delivered as I write this message. They have a good US-based customer service and tech-support dept. I'd recommend the extended warranty thru Vizio.

After using this product, from certain angles the view is awesome, but I love sitting on my couch after a long day at work and enjoying a good picture, My LCD had clearer and more vivid colors than this upgrade to LED has provided. Whether something is lost in designed, or it is something wrong with the Tv I do not know, but I do not like standing up to get a clear view. The colors are not as vivid sitting down as they are standing up viewing the TV

Bought 2: both were inoperable when installed

We bought one Vizio online which was delivered by FED EX. That TV had a physically broken screen. We took it back to our local Walmart and returned it. We then bought a 2nd Vizio (same model) We unpacked it, mounted it, turned it on and the color was so bad it was not watchable. We worked for several hours trying to adjust color, changing input cables, etc. still no good. We returned it and bought a "HISENSE" 50 inch smart tv and it works perfectly and with very good features and reception .... and the color is great.
