This is the third year of using turbo tax. Although I had a few new situations this year where I thought I would have to see an account I thought that I would try this first. Once again it was easy to uses and provided checking throughout the process. Another good experience using TurboTax.

Turbo Tax is accurate and easy to use. The questionnaire mode covers all items of income and expenses and deductions. It is no different than going to a tax preparer, but without paying the fees associated with that. I highly recommend Turbo Tax and I have used it for decades. It just keeps getting better.

Wow, I was very stressed out early this year since I need to file tax for QSBS. It's a rare and complicated tax situation. I tried to find CPA, but many of them have actually never done anything with QSBS. The ones do have knowledge don't have time for me and the fee is rocket high. I used Turbotax to report my QSBS, and it did such a great job. It was surprisingly easy. Thank you turbotax! after using you for 17 years, I still love you so much !

TT is not able to account for the tuition expense against QTP 529 plan withdrawal. It tells me my income is too high for tuition credit, but 529 plan does not have income limit. It should just include the information in efile, specifically 1099-Q, 1098-T and Student Info Wks. Since 2013, I have been working with IRS to clear additional tax assessments after efiling via TT. For 2016, I upgraded TT to premier to see if it resolves the issue, but...! For 2017, it got even worst with TT not even allowing me to input 1099-T. After going back and forth couple of times, I found a way (out of the flow of data input) to put in 1099-T. Now, I will have to file a paper copy to include all info to not pay any taxes on 529 plan withdrawal.

Turbo Tax again a great help in filing my taxes. Easy to use, flexible in how I complete my return, and thorough in covering everything accurately. Tax tips and information are useful in answering questions or directing me to IRS information. I can't imagine any better software for getting my taxes done!

I might have missed it but I had to go back and add my Health care information (1095) but other than that, process was good. I had a complicated return, working executive with capital gains, military pension, 401K plans. Its was relatively easy to work through.

easy way to do taxes! Resident of one state, earn a little income on the side in another state. I do both states on TT, and this year both states finally accept e-filing via TT. Thrilled! I paid the e-filing fee-- so I treated myself to not having to rush to mail my returns. I may not get my nails done for a month or 2, but this is a better way to treat myself this time of year... with peace of mind knowing that my taxes are FINISHED!!!!

This should be so much better after doing this for so many years. I just had to amend a return. I entered a change in foreign rental income, but it didn't show under foreign tax credit (where you also have to enter the same number for rental income). And then when I got all done, it just prints out a new return, not the required 1040X! Seriously?!

its deductible did not work would not enter items I selected from the menu showed item but not quantity no enter or save buttons Also a little confusing at the payment window thought asking to purchase turbo tax again instead of the audit defense and state electronic filing fees.

I've used TurboTax for all our filings for over a decade, and have had zero issues. The program is very intuitive and the ease of importing data and filing electronically is terrific. That said, WHY OH WHY doesn't Intuit offer Connecticut Trust Funds the ability to file using a Mac??? This is an omission that I find incomprehensible.
