Have been using Turbo Tax since they were in floppy disk form. Great product with great support. Sooo easy to use and accurate.

Search for the name, and it finds the proper form, everything is easy to use. Been a Turbotax user for over 10 years.

i still have not figured out how to direct deposit my state refund. this is stupid. info how to do this should be asked as soon as a refund is noted.

If my prior returns were not on Turbotax I would switch without looking back. I had to do my return 3x because it crashed and lost all my info!!

In prior years the option to electronically pay any balance due on the federal return was much easier to find

Because it didn't import there was much confusion due to new pages to fill out. The basic format changed, not happy with it.

Been doing my own taxes since I was 14 now 53 . Worked hard labor jobs all my life. Turbo Tax makes my life just a little less painful.

After 7 straight years of using turbotax the software just keeps getting better! Just keep doing it! Haven't been disappointed yet.

Good quality tax software, I just wish I paid the same as in the store or mabe a little less because I am a 10 year customer
