Cannot excuse you for selling me a bad software copy - could not get the form 1040 to download. Your biggest issue in over 25 years.

Turbo tax found a mistake I made. I get more back than i calculated. I also saved from the tax people so its a win win for me this year.

Over the years I have found TurboTAX an excellent software for preparing my taxes. I have only a minor complaint which I have indicated.

Social Security worksheet does not correspond well with the FORM SSA-1099 Social Security Benefit Statement.

The price is to high. There are other tax packages that are less expensive and are just as good. The other will import last year copies also.

Using Turbotax myself is easier that gathering all the paper and then explaining it to some tax preparer. The system works well and is easy to use.

This is probably my 15th year using Turbo Tax, and while dong taxes is not a fun time, Turbo tax makes the effort as painless as possible.

I've been using Turbo Tax from the first time it was offered. It is thorough, and easy to use. I have great peace of mind when I use it.

We have used this over the past 10 years and have not come across any issues filing. I do recommend this to all.
