I've used TurboTax for 8 years and depend on it. I was audited several years ago and the audit defense option was very helpful.

The price is to high. There are other tax packages that are less expensive and are just as good. The other will import last year copies also.

Getting to a point where TurboTax may not be as competitively priced as other automated products on the market.

every year i have a hard time finding depreciation and amortization for my rental. other than that....wonderful

Been using Turbo Tax since the Mid 90's, have no completes, Intuit "stood tall" behind an error a couple years back.

I cannot come up with guesses when I am trying to complete filling all the necessary data to get this process done.

I am willing to use any other software program besides TurboTax. TT has been continually getting worse and less reliable.

I like to see the same stuff and follow the same steps every year - don't like any changes to program.

Why can't Turbotax do the calculation if a State Tax refund is taxable if paying AMT the year before?
