Took way longer than it should have. Lost information 2x & had to start over. No button to save as I was working, until I was finished.

Seemed like TTax was easier to navigate this year. Had to triple check to assure myself that all was entered properly.

Overall able to do our taxes and one of my daughters, easy to use, I have use other tax programs and seem to prefer Turbo Tax over others

I have been using this tax program for more than twenty years. I would not consider using any other.

Have used Turbotax for several years and have tried a few others in between. Turbotax just works the best for me .
