It could use a little refinement in the size of the print. Very small and hard on the eyes in the MAC version. I did like the process better than the online version. I have the CD version.

Easy fast way to have all the Forms. Allows a back up digital Record in case of Emergency. I have used this product for over 10 years and for the first time imported my Financial Docs. Very nice function especially with Investments.

I would really prefer if commercial software would stop coddling its users. It's demeaning first of all. Second it just gets in the way of the functionality. Other than that gripe, the program works just fine, albeit non-free software.

I wish that the 1040-ES forms that TurboTax prints out would show the IRS address in the window of the envelop that the IRS provides for sending in the form. Every year they print out so the address is obscured if you use the IRS envelopes.

Believe it is well worth the investment to maintain a year to year consistent tax story, tailored to the mainstream middle class taxpayer with savings, investments, withholdings, etc.

Having been using TurboTax for years and love it. Easy to follow directions and additional explanations if needed. This making filing taxes with rental income and capital gains so much easier. If you can read, you can file your taxes with TurboTax.

While the interview process may seem laborious it did leave me with the feeling that all the bases (income & deductions) had been covered. The premier version adequately covered all our needs including my spouse's private practice.

Overall I find Turbo Tax Deluxe very well organized and easy to get through in a leisurely manner. Can stop any time and return or review without an issue.

We've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. We've been very happy with the program and the continued updates. We do wish more options with explanations were available, but we are generally able to research on our own.

Been using product for years and it has always done well. Had problem this year that required a techs help. It is difficult to find a land line to call. In the end I did get through and the Tech did an outstanding Job.
