I have been using Turbo tax for several years and have saved hundreds of dollars in tax preparation. Easy to follow instructions and ease of entry. It gives you last years information for comparison and auto fills many fields.

I like turbo tax because it is like a slot machine! As you input data it keeps a running total of you refund or payment. Every time a deduction is put in you see the number get bigger and bigger. It is a real motivator to see this happening.

Other than the fact I could NOT import my tax forms which were readily available and I had to manually enter them, everything went GREAT - especially since I OWE $0. THANKS TT

Years ago, I took a part-time job at a tax file organization for one season so I could learn more on how to complete my taxes. Needless to say their program is just like TurboTax. More people should save the fees and submit their own taxes.

Overall a great software program. It is getting too expensive to buy software then pay for filing and audit defense. Too expensive. Will not buy software next year, will go the group route.

Have used Turbo Tax for past 7 years and part of why it works well is being familiar with it. Even so, I did have to look up a few things and look in the help section once. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars.

I found it frustrating to go back to previous year and search for entries to use on current year. Seems Intuit could bring all entries forward to current year from past return. I. E. NOL's and/or capital gains

When the State requires a copy of your Fed Form - For printing, when you select State form to print you also get the Fed form; chances are you already may have printed the Fed Form. I don't need two printed copies of the Fed form.

The Intuit Account change password area was not working. It was difficult to go back and find the Home office deduction section. Other than these its a great product.

I've been using TurboTax to prepare my Federal and State taxes for over a decade now. It seems like preparing my taxes gets easier every year. Great job TurboTax!
