i have trouble every year getting the security code. There has to be an easier way to do this. It usually takes 30-40 minute to get the code. Then typed in it say not good or out of date. But I will use the program again next year. Thank you.

The state of Alabama return is worse than useless, You have to reenter all the data and do all the calculations by hand. The fed return is very hard to figure out what is done and not done. The retired military block is almost impossible to find

The program thought I needed to file a form 2210 when in fact I did not. I had a refund and all my federal taxes were paid by wage withholding. The program forced me to fill out a form 2210 when penalties didn't apply.

I was stuck on my state return and the Turbo Tax CPA on athe phone knew the system and helped me quickly find out where I entered the number incorrectly. Very fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. And she was very patient with me..

I think you have gotten complacent and are not attempting to improve your product from year to year. I shall be seeking a better alternative next year.
