REJECTED BECAUSE OF THE TIME FRAME WE HAD TO RE FILE. STATE SHOULD NOT REJECT JUST BECAUSE THE FEDS REJECTED. WOULD NOT LET ME PULL DATA FROM PREVIOUS YEAR BECAUSE I CHANGED COMPUTERS....

We have used Turbotax for years, it is simple and walks you through it all. Your done in a breeze if all the required paper work and info is at hand. I love it, love it ! love it!

I always select 'no thanks' when asked if I want Audit Defense. But at the end it always sticks me with the extra charge that I didn't want. I'd really like to know how to delete getting Audit Defense year after year!

Overall Functionality is great. Like all programs, there's a couple of improvements that could made to speed up reviewing the wages/deductions sections.

I've used Turbo Tax since 2000. Never had any problem with it or the IRS. Our return has rental property, home office, business expenses and this year a home sale. Turbo Tax worked beautifully, just like always. I'll use it forever.

Great program I would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay your tax preparer a sizeable amount for basically doing the same thing with their tax software program!

I believe that the 1st state filling should also be included in the purchase price. everyone who files a federal will also need to file at least one state return.

Healthcare entry sheet: The printed form left the Yes and No/Partial boxes unchecked. At the end of healthcare there was no way to check the box that said "finished with all the healthcare related entries.

We owed a bit over $1k and got a refund of over $2.5k from State. On summary page the Federal was subtracted from the State, which was misleading, as we paid our Federal owed with credit card.

We have used Turbo-Tax for over 10 years now with many varied situation in those years. It's always been able to get me done quick and easy ( had to do some research on my own data parts, but hints from tool on how). Will be using again next year.
