I was a licensed tax preparer for 6 years and used turbo tax before my license and again after I stop working in the field. It is cost saving and effective way to prepare your taxes.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have always had excellent luck. I do wish there was better answers for the Transportation industry (my husband is a truck driver).

I used to LOVE Turbotax. It is still good, but I cannot say that I enjoyed it this year. I found myself entering the same information twice - sometimes for Federal and then again for State; less good with pulling information fro previous years.

Turbotax guided me through each step of the process! When an item came up that was unknown it was just a quick click to get a full explanation - and that was perfect. It was also quick, and so nice to do in the privacy of your own home.

I've used TurboTax for probably 10 years. It is consistently dependable and easy to use. I think this year's is even easier than some other years. I did my entire return in just a few hours. (And I don't use 1040EZ)

It does not update information from previous years. Tax History Report does not give five year history. That part of my taxes I would like to have information. Can you tell me how I can receive?

Turbo Tax was easy to use. It walks you through your taxes step by step. You just need to have all your Tax Paper work with you or Up Load the Information when prompted too.

I was first hesitant to use the CD, I had always filed it online on turbo tax but I dont think I will ever go back on using the online version when using the software is so elegant.
