When I found a problem with turbo tax and posted the question on their support site. I got no answer or response from turbo tax and their is no direct support model it seem at all.

If it's necessary to change an entry, all the lead-up questions must be answered again. It would be nice to have the option to skip that and get right to the numbers (and then jump out once finished).

In past years I've been able to round up Estimated Taxes to a number I prefer. This year I couldn't seem to do this. Has this changed or did I just not see this option?

Its very irritating to have to find my last years state tax return in order to enter information from that return into this years return. You have my last years return.....why don't you fill this information for me?

Turbo Tax listed all questions in a way anybody could understand. It was very thorough. I had questions before I logged into Turbo Tax that were answered as I went through.

Because I had many stock buys, I had to file with Premier download. I had issues with downloading. Support folks were great and quite patient dealing with a low skill computer person (me).

I have used TurboTax for many years (15+) and have never had a problem. I always go through the entire process and it has always caught a few deductions that I had forgotten about.

We have used Turbotax for years, it is simple and walks you through it all. Your done in a breeze if all the required paper work and info is at hand. I love it, love it ! love it!

On the whole, TurboTax premier handled all of my tax situations with ease. Did have look up information on some special situations. I could not have done my taxes without the premier addition.

I am parent that filed taxes for daughter. I need to get back to her drivers license info I loaded with input from her but after Efiling federal, I cant find it! where is it located in the s/w so I can access it again?
