I first started using TurboTax in 2005 and have used it ever since. It is very thorough, tracks expenses, income and looks for additional ways to save money. I did look at other programs last year but, in my opinion nothing compares.

A user for many years. Consistently easy to use. Would recommend for anyone who does their own taxes. Turbotax help is very helpful and I like that others share their questions and answers.

I have been charged at least twice for each of my returns and once for the softwear. in my view that's about 2.5 times more than I should been charged not sure I will do this again next year.

I have been doing my taxes with turbo tax for over 10 years and now my kids use it too. I don't understand why my friends continue to pay hundreds of $$ after I continue to push turbo tax on them every year.

I've used TurboTax for over 15yrs now and despite some submission problems in the past (largely due to new Mac OS changes), the 2017 return/submission worked like a charm.

I don't imagine that there are that many retired clergy trying to do their own taxes so I was surprised to see that all I had to do was search my housing allowance topic and the instructions were there. Keep up the good work.

Wants answers to things that aren't on the forms I'm sent. Has no explanation area: as in no vin # for donating part of a crashed airplane. So, some unusual circumstances have nowhere to go.

I like the way it asks questions & that you can flag something & keep going & then go back when you have all information. It rechecks for errors so you can fix them. Easy to e-file.

TurboTax kept dropping the $1,000 payment filed with the extension--at 9:30 pm Oct. 15, 2018, nothing seemed to work. I went into the state form and over road the TurboTax entry. The amount stayed in the return past review and then disappeared.

I've used TurboTax since the early 90's. Never had a problem, never had an audit. I know when I file that the math is correct and if I've entered everything, then everything is good.
