Not a fan a paying for additional state forms. Should be all inclusive or at least add up to three state forms. I have been using TurboTax for years, but may go another software that doesn't nickel and dime you for use a additional state forms.

I don't know if the tax laws are less complicated, I'm getting better at filing or the software is more intuitive. But, it was very easy to file this year!

TT gets better every year. Should be bale to readily trace any field on returns back to Easy-Step page; can't file when estimated Q1 payment = 0 and Q2-4 is positive. I like the explanations, advice.

Enjoying using the product as we have over the years. Always User friendly and easy to use. Guides you through the process quickly and easily. hard to get answers to questions and other assistance that is helpful.

Hard to go from worksheets to the final forms--Not many clear instructions this year in the Help windows. Some forms don't seem to resemble the final forms that are submitted to IRS.

Every year, I get a letter from the Oregon tax board showing a shortfall of several hundred dollars and I end up writing another check to the state. Either I don't understand TurboTax instructions or there is a glitch in the system.

The ease of use and carry over of information from previous years makes the decision to come back easy. Also like how you can ask questions and get quick responses.

I've used this program for over 10 years. The product keeps improving or perhaps I've become a better user.I have rental properties and this product is perfect for my tax needs.

MO d/l numbers, texted codes to verify who I was, very short time to pay my state fee, timed out once, had to redo it. I am older and it takes me longer to process info.

We have used Turbotax for 12 years and on a yearly basis, clarity is evident. Telephone support is superb. I've examined competitors and find TurboTax superior.
