Not much to say but it works!! Better for me : would like a better way to estimate next years taxes early (Octoberish) with transpotrt of last years income and deductions to edit in the new edition.

Filed federal with no issue but due to work situation explanation related to state return not as helpful as it could have been. Had to dig as not as clear cut as it should have been for my circumstance. Was not as difficult last year

If a filer has only a 1095B you could make the entry much less confusing. Correction: there is no entry to be made so why all the confusing questions?

I have been using Turbotax for more than 20 years. For the most part, it has been easy to use, though time-consuming, and has saved me the cost of hiring an accountant.

I have used the Turbo Tax product since 2006 and it has worked like a charm. Maximized deductions and prints/files all needed forms. Has saved me thousands of dollars in tax preparation fees. Wouldn't use anything else.

Asking too much for low income earners to add an extra state to their returns. I will not be using Turbo Tax again. There are not the only game in town any more. There are too many competitors.

I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay an additional fee to submit my federal tax electronically. The box says "Free Federal tax submission".

When doing the daughters taxes, she lives in NY for school. NYS requires e-file. I did not have acces to her previous year filing. It would be helpful to be able to file federal by paper and state by e-file.

Been using product for years and it has always done well. Had problem this year that required a techs help. It is difficult to find a land line to call. In the end I did get through and the Tech did an outstanding Job.
