I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It just keeps getting easier every year! I would suggest to anyone wanting to do rental properties, especially!

We owed a bit over $1k and got a refund of over $2.5k from State. On summary page the Federal was subtracted from the State, which was misleading, as we paid our Federal owed with credit card.

can't open a box to add things up so I had to get out my calculator and record totals on the paperwork couldn't find the answers for questions, so I had to open my other computer and search the internet. I am very disappointed in this year's quality

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. It gets better each year at prompting the user with appropriate questions so the return will be completely properly.

While Turbo Tax did automatically use my credit carry forward for my federal taxes, it failed to do so for my South Carolina state taxes - resulting in my over paying my taxes and having to file a amended return.

pretty ordinary. unfortunately I'm stuck with it because of previous filings which I have to transfer every year. I can't even download W2 data from a major employer. plenty of other shortcomings that will tax your patience (excuse the pun)

I like turbo tax because it is like a slot machine! As you input data it keeps a running total of you refund or payment. Every time a deduction is put in you see the number get bigger and bigger. It is a real motivator to see this happening.

Feel comfortable with the Turbo Tax process - having used it several years. Like that it does the calculations for me and questions when it is necessary.

I have used TT for several years now. I enjoy the capability of toying with different deductions. I travel so sometimes mileage works out better than reimbursement.
