Been using your software for many years. This year very unhappy. Have past returns saved on portable drive. Found out can't get our AGI without last year's TurboTax disc. Rediculous that you would make it so difficult to get an AGI. Can't even find customer service number to call. Have to say I will be looking for new way to do taxes next year.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT FOR US TAX TIME WAS NO FUN AT ALL. THERE WAS ALWAYS IBUPROFIN INVOLVED, AND SOMETIMES, A GOOD STIFF DRINK! (and a lot of cussing lol) TAX TIME WOULD SOMETIMES TAKE A FEW HOURS SATURDAY, TILL YOU WERE FULL UP, AND SO WOULD DRAG OVER TO SUNDAY FOR THE FINISH, AS IT WERE. ****TURBOTAX TO THE RESCUE**** TURBOTAX ABSOLUTELY CHANGED HOW WE DO TAXES...IT IS SO SIMPLE, BECAUSE THEY GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! THERE ARE REVIEWS OF EVERY PART OF YOUR TAX RETURN, SO IT IS ALWAYS CLEAR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE, OR WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. THERE ARE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS YOU CAN USE...AND SOMETIMES THE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE INSTRUCTIONS!! IT IS TAXES AFTER ALL!! THE COOL THING IS THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM TURBOTAX ARE CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND, UNLIKE SOME OTHER INSTRUCTIONS YOU MAY HAVE USED... THANK YOU TURBOTAX FOR BEING PART OF OUR FAMILY!!

My prior home was being reported as a rental property. I transferred title to a family trust with my adult children as the beneficiaries. The entire tax year of 2017 and in the future two of my adult children will reside in the property. My question is how do I report this change to the IRS and the Ca FTB???

I have use Turbo Tax for a long time now and it keeps getting easier and faster. I think it is a great tool; however my taxes are always easy to do because of my income in assets. I often endeavor to know more about my tax systems, so while Turbo Tax provides me with what I need to know there are times when I would like to know more so I can improve my taxing/financial situation in the future.

I had errors at the end that I wanted to correct. When I tried to find where I needed to return to to fix them I could not. I ended up deleting my completed return and start over. It would've been nice if there was a search function to help find specific words that you entered in the questionnaire.

I have used turbotax for a few decades now, and will continue if its quality does not falter.

Next year I will use H&R Block software. They let you E-File Fed and State returns without paying a filing fee.

Used investment version for 1st time and it was easy also, big fan of Turbo Tax and would recommend to anyone

After opening a form and going to a work sheet, a simple way to get back to the form needs to be consistent. The back arrow may take you anywhere!

Since I moved I have to buy another state tax return. I used Turbo Tax for many years I find this a little disappointing.
