This item arrived safely packed and promptly. The tower heater runs quietly and features an auto switch to Low when the room reaches the desired temperature. Did check the plug for heat while running. On High, it was warm(not hot), but when lowered to the Low setting, little to no heat in the cord or plug. I like this tower heater that also offers an auto shutoff if the tower tips for any reason. I can recommend this heater for use during the cooler weather. If using on carpet, it is wise to use a tile or hard surface to avoid any danger.

Works well. Heats my room quickly. But those loud, obnoxious beeps anytime you push any button on the heater or the remote are unnecessary and make me want to put the thing at the curb. Maybe a zombie halfway around the world would enjoy that eardrum-piercing beep, but I'm actually looking for a different model because of how mind-numbingly obnoxious that beep is.

Wow, this heater really exceeds my expectations. It warms up the whole room and then some. After 20 minute of warm up, i was literally sweating like crazy but i'm glad to know i made the right investment which benefits me during these cold and winter nights.

The only problem I have with item was the packaging, it was damaged but the heater was not. Also has a smell to it but that's due to it being a new heater. The heater heats up my living room perfect and has a timer so it shuts off when u want it to. So far so good with this purchase.

All the options and the remote control are great features for this heater. We have been using this in our living room and it's working great. We are planning to purchase another one for our bedroom. It's light weight and portable. It can be easily moved from room to room so that you heat only the room that you need.

I bought one a month ago to replace my ancient lasko one from 1991, i bought it because of the fine temperature control. It's a bit heavy handed, as in stays on longer than it should, but it definitely seems to kick in when it should. I ended up buying another one just like it because it worked perfectly.
