It totally stopped working and started blinking. Brondell is blaming it on my water. Only had it for 23 months. Working well until then. And then it just starting having problems. Beware of the 1 year warranty. I'll be replacing it with a different brand.

We have now been using this washlet for the past 3 weeks and find it wonderful, does the job and cleans superbly. The features on this washlet give the consumer much more then with other brands and a much less expensive cost

The Mfg is of fine quality. It was easy to install. The only problem you might have is having a 120Volt receptacle close by to power the control unite. The remote works great. I love it. I wish that I would have installed this much sooner.

We love our Brondell Bidet, so when we saw Sam's Club had one on a great sale. We purchased one for our Granddaughter. Easy to install, and works like a charm.

Best purchase ever. Totally changed my life and makes me feel cleaner than I could have ever imagined. I didn't know what I was missing out on. I wish all businesses in the U. S. had a bidet for use.

Previously bought CL950 in 2022 and love, loved it. Bought another for my son and family and recommended to many others, 5 of whom bought one and loved it. Unfortunately mine got a crack in it this year and gushed water all over the bathroom. Also the solenoid coil got very rusted. Nevertheless I just purchased another, can't live without it. Hope it lasts a little longer.

This is my second Brondell Swash bidet. The previous one was lower end and lasted for years before it started leaking and I couldn't fix it. That model was no longer available so I chose the 600. While the other one worked perfectly, the water temperature on this one will not stay set and will randomly use cold water. In the winter, it was ice cold. I contacted support and their suggestion was that I change the batteries on the remote, which I did, But then they suggested that I uninstall and reinstall it, which I honestly wasn't convinced would fix the problem with the water temperature. I finally decided I would just live with the random cold water. But needless to say every time that happens, I'm incredibly annoyed, finally prompting me to leave it review. With all the five star reviews, I can only imagine there is something wrong with my unit. Two other notes: The remote on my earlier model had slightly raised buttons, which made it easy to use in the dark. This one is completely smooth, so you have to guess where the buttons are - I often end up using my phone flashlight so, also annoying. This is my first model with a drying function, but it really requires patience so I end up skipping the drying function and opting for toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with our selection, but I do notice that the wash sessions are timed for 1 or 2 minute, but the water temperature cools sooner than that. That isn't a great experience.

This big fat sprayer sticks out way too far. & the back is just too bulky & causes it not to line up with the back of the toilet making the cleansing wand stick out even further than it should. The wand is also too high. . higher than your behind. Sorry hard to explain. This isn't my first brondell bidet seat & this seat is a major fail .
