I am very happy with this product (Swash SE600). Easy to install and it fits my toilet perfectly. The heated seat is an excellent feature. Overall this product has so many great features including the remote control.

This was my first bidet seat, and it never failed me, the only reason I changed seats is because my entire toilet was replaced and the new one came with a different bidet seat. This seat is loaded with features and it's super easy to use. The one problem I have is finding a replacement filter for the odor neutralizer, was never able to find one. After 6 years of faithful service, I reinstalled this seat at my uncle's home, where it is still working it's magic. Definitely worth every penny!

The drying vent blows into the wrong direction and does not do the job. My previous swash 1000 series was much better. I made a huge mistake when I bought this one and there is no way out.

Hard to use. Makes an elongated seat very small, almost like a standard size.
