Seems like a good all around mattress. Softness of top level likely not for stomach sleepers, but seems to accommodate other positions well as deeper coil support maintains proper body alignment. Have had no issues with heat and I sleep hot. Offgassing for this model is much less noticeable than other brands. Foam rebounds quickly, allowing for fairly easy repositioning while still minimizing motion transfer if you sleep with a partner. Time will tell on durability, but given weight and hybrid support, should hold up well. Took a week or so for me to adjust coming from pillow top coil mattress, but I seem to be sleeping more comfortably as time goes. Only thing giving me pause is cost.

I strive to get highest quality sleep (e.g., use Zeo machine to monitor brain waves/time spent in deep and REM) and have never had such consistent and restful sleep. My wife and I switched from Sealy to original Tempurpedic over 10 yeas ago and recently upgraded to adjustable split king Flex-Elite and have never slept so well!

I am an injured Army veteran and suffer daily from pains (many years of therapy!) I have recently purchased my second Tempur-Pedic (King) after owning my first (Queen - which I still have as a guest bed) for several years! I have had so many problems with SO MANY OTHER BEDS! Sleeping on conventional beds caused more pain than rest. Tempur-Pedic helps me get the rest I need!

This bed we bought ~3 months ago is AWESOME. We love the adjustable base which is useful when you've had a hard day's work. The Memory foam contours to our body perfectly giving support to critical pressure points. There is NOT a thing I don't like about our bed. This is a worthy investment. The only thing we missed out on is the free extra pillows due to deadline of promotion which we only missed by a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Tempur-pedic purchase, and although we have had the mattress for only one month, it is not giving me the improved rest that I hoped for. The mattress it's self seems extremely firm. And although I realize it will soften in time, I am not fully convinced that the price of this mattress is worth it just yet.

Having cancer with lots of suregeries, this bed gave me the support where I needed it. The comfort to feel loved, so that u didn't mind Having to stay in bed. trueth be ttold I like being in my bed I also have had two neck surgeries and the pillows I can NOT live without Also have the adjustable frame which as been worth every penny, it's quiet and aodjusts in sooo many positions. I just have to keep saying thank you every day for making these beds and pillows Thank u thank u Ps. So many of friends and family now own these beds, just because they can see what I'm going threw, plus when they spend the night They r believers , just wish I had one more bed. For them to sleep on I would have everyone I know with one your beds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the purchase. 90 days out and I contacted rep regarding issues, did the song and dance to have it problem resolved and basically the CSR rep stated that I was at fault for the purchase decision and that there was nothing that they could do. I pulled my 12 yr old Sleep Number out of storage and my wife and I are currently using it until we decide what direction to go. It a complete shame when your spouse has a good nights sleep at a Marriott Hotel than rather at home. I would give a negative review and rating but your system only allows for me to give a star. I would actually give it a Negative 2 stars on this purchase.

Dear tempur- pedic, When I slept on my new mattress the first time I was so happy no stress on my back or any of my joints I've had a few mattress in my day as I am 80 years in Dec.all my children have a set Got my first tempur- pedic 12 or 13 years ago--your guarantee is the best ever you sent me a new set due to a defect the first of this year no problems I can never thank you enough I love my new set Best service ever-- two sets same quality --wake up every day no pain -- no stress on my body due to tempura-- pedic❤️

For as bad as the mattress was---very hot, caused back pain instead of alleviating it, the "offgassing" smell caused an allergic reaction ...it was GREAT compared to the customer service I have experienced. The return process promises to be easy, "just give us a call, we'll resolve your issues", etc... I am now in the second month attempting to get TempurPedic to remove my returned mattress from my bill!!! Excuses have ranged from them not being able to find the mattress return (I found proof of the return in seconds), to "it takes up to 6 weeks to alert the financing company" when I was initially told it was immediate once the return was received, to "let me put you hold to research the notes on the account" of which then my calls are conveniently dropped. As I am writing this review I have now made three calls today alone and have been on hold for more than 15 minutes and counting. This experience has been mind boggling. Unsure how such a large, well known company with such a supposed "wonderful" reputation could be so inept!!! VERY VERY disappointed.

It's true--it needs to be "broken in" but it doesn't take long. It feels a little firmer than when you tried it in the showroom. I just sort of "kneaded it" a little for a couple of days, and then it was fine. I no longer wake up with stiff neck and shoulders, and the pain in my hips that bothered me before on the old mattress are no longer noticeable. I would recommend it for anyone with arthritis in the neck, lower back, hips, or any pressure points.
