I like taking these vitamins. so easy to eat 2 of these gummy vitamins because they are soft and don't leave a funny taste in my mouth.I also like that they are a complete multivitamin but they also help with brain support. With this as a gummy, I am not able to add it to my daily pills, which means I will forget to take them (have to eat 2). After taking them for a couple of weeks, I can not see any measurable difference. I realize I would probably need to take them for a while to see a difference, if at all. Make this into a pill form, and I'll reconsider them...
