No side effects, allergic reactions; he takes it daily. The flavor is so good, I wish all candies have the same taste. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a multivitamin with an bias toward the B complex . that being said the smell and taste are heavily toward the b side. i suppose that's part of the plan as "with brain support" is on the label. vitamin B also used in energy drinks as a boost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is too soon to judge the effects of the vitamins, I assume they meet the same standards as othe On-A-Day products. While these gummies are quite flavorful, I have found them much more difficult to chew than other similar vitamin-laden gummies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These multivitamins are for men 50 plus. They are in gummie form. My previous vitamin was a large pill and hard to swallow. They do have a bad smell but taste okay. They are advertised to have brain support. I haven't noticed any difference yet but one can always hope. Who knows how effective any vitamins are but I do feel comfortable taking these from a reputable company Bauer.

The container is easy to open and close. Provides sealed storage to keep the product fresh. I feel that the vitamins have assisted me in having more energy and sharpness.

I prefer gummies to those old chalky chewables I used to take and the Super 8 B vitamin complex is great. I just could not get over the heavy mineral taste and smell. It was really overwhelming to me and so I stop taking them after just a few days. I have used other One A Day vitamins that did not have this issue.
