I wanted to do a family fish fry. After many disappointments with super market catfish, someone suggested that I try these. Every filet tastes great. Family members that refused to eat catfish are now catfish lovers. These are now a part of my permanent pantry.

We bought several boxes for a big party we had and my grandpa fried it up and it was great! The filters are very big! I could only eat 1 1/2 to 2 filets and was stuffed!
