I have to use organic since I can't have folic acid (which is in all other flours as well as many other products). I just baked Christmas cookies today and they're great.

I have been using Bob's Red Mill All Purpose flour for a few years. The ingredients are clean and no fillers. I have made brownies, cookies, pancakes and my families traditional Easter bread.
