Wonderful flour. I buy because it is organic. I have been using it for so long, I don't really know what to compare it to anymore, but it works great for all baking purposes. :)

BRM has the best AP flour on the market! I bought a 25 lb bag during quarantine and I'm down to a couple pounds. Of course I spread the love and gave a bit to my mother and mother in-law. Now BRM has two more believers!

I like the 25# size as it fits into a five gallon bucket which is easy to store. However, it is not always available in the store and I have had to buy it online and pay shipping.

This flour really does make a difference in in the baked goods. I am a novice baker, so i don't know why, but my family's response has been very different :) I am sticking with this flour even though it's very hard to find in a local store.

Unbleached, organic, and fresh. Also love how well they are treating their employees. (See recent article about employee ownership of the company) Amazing job, Bob's Red Mill.

I really like their products. I was surprised that the flour is only a 3lb bag and not the 5lbs you find in the stores. Didn't even know they sold it at that weight.

As I noted in most of my reviews, I love how light and neutral flavored all of the flours are that Bob makes. This is the same for their organic all-purpose flour. It is my go-to and I'm a huge baker.

I love this flour! Even gluten sensitive friends and family can eat what I bake with this flour without it bothering them! I have been baking for 30+ years and this is my favorite flour ever!!!

I always try to purchase Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached White Flour for all my baking needs since I can trust that it is a clean product that is healthy for my family.

does not contain barley malt and therfore does not make me feel full after, love it and can taste the difference from other flours. will be buying again for sure!!
