Muscle Milk Light tasted good. I use to buy them at Costco. They have a lot of vitamins and minerals and I drink them for that reason since I have allergies and food intolerances. I can't take most vitamins or eat most foods. That's how I got my vitamins and minerals. I notice everytime a product changes the packaging/name the flavor or the way the product works changes. This now has different ingredients and tastes awful. I can't tolerate the taste. To me it taste like spoiled chocolate milk. Nasty. Too bad. Muscle Milk, we use to have a good thing going.
