Muscle Milk does not contain fluid milk, but it does contain dairy based proteins (calcium & sodium caseinate, milk protein isolate, and whey). Following FDA labeling guidelines, we use the non-dairy classification since it is consistent with their regulations. With our consumers in mind, we made sure to indicate on the front of the pack that the product "Contains No Milk / Includes Milk Proteins" to help inform those with allergies.
