Best ride so far!

I was frustrated with the last several discount tires I purchased because after 40K miles they would start to shimmy which drove me crazy. I finally decided to upgrade to a premium tire and chose Michelin. I'm pleased with their performance so far (about 10K miles and ride is still very smooth). I hope they will be as stable after more wear as they are now.

Review Your Michelin Tires

The tires I purchased (Defender) are great. I previously had Michelin tires and these are the 4th time I've purchased your product. The quality and value for your money is what sold me on using Michelin for my tires in the past, now and also in the future. Great tires.

Excellent Tires

I have been running the Michelin Defenders for about 1 year now. They are great tires. Very smooth ride, very little road noise and they handle beautifully thru curves and turns in the mountains where I live. I will definitely be buying Michelin tires again. I have never been disappointed yet with their tires. Keep up the good work!!!!!

3rd Set on 2007 Odyssey

This is our 3rd set of Michelin tires on our 2007 Honda Odyssey. When we went to purchase new tires the LX4 tire had to be ordered but the salesperson showed us the new Defender tire and told us about the 90,000 mile warranty. We decided to try this tire even though it was new on the market and so far we are very satisfied with the ride of these tires. We are hoping to get the full 90,000 miles out of these tires and if we do our van will pass the 200,000 mile mark on Michelin tires alone....

Michelin Tires=Safe Travel

My Michelin tires have worn well and given me a secure sense of safety, especially driving on wet roads during a very rainy summer. As my father has recommended Michelin to me on more than one ocassion, I would be happy to recomment them to others seeking assurance of a good tire for the money.

great tire great price

I Have not had Michelin tires for many years until I bought them last August. Great tire. have driven 18000 miles in my 2007 Saturn KR .(90000 miles at purchase) very quiet, tremendous in the rain and secure feeling on dry pavement. I am very satisfied so much so I hope to be a Michelin owner for many more years. thanks for a great product

Michelin is the best

I am a Michelin fan, believer . I drove 36' diesel RVs, pick trucks, cars for over 50 years. Never any other tire beat Michelin for quality, durability, reliability, performance. The Defender were installed 6 months ago and provide me total satisfaction and are not noisy at all. I have driven over 1 million miles so far in my driving years,Michelin is the best. I am now looking for winter tires....obviously Michelin products.

Better than a new suspension

I just replaced the entire front and rear suspension components(struts, strut mounts, inner/outer tie rods, control arms, sway bar end links) on my fiance's high mileage Jeep Compass. That made a notable improvement in ride quality. Next step was to get rid of the no name cheapo tires she had on there. These tires are awesome. The difference in ride and handling these tires made was more noticeable than installing new suspension. They are quiet, absorb imperfections in the road, and inspire confidence that was lost with the old cheap tires in place. The car gets used for a daily 45 mile highway commute and at times now all you here in the car is a little wind noise and the little buzz from the Jeeps little engine. Time will tell how well they wear, but with over 2500 miles on them already, driving in various weather conditions, even a bit of slushy snow tonight, I am more than happy.

Mileage has been consistent

these tires were a replacement for tires that didn't even meet half their warranty. They were recommended by the dealer that I buy all my tires from. The mileage per gallon hasn't improved but it has remained consistent since I got the tires. I get 41 miles per gallon with my hybrid my other tires seemed to jump all over the map. Sometimes 39 and sometimes 42. So I think these tires are good for giving consistent mileage.

Defender

Tires are on my 2004 VW Passat with 118,000 miles on it. I expect the new Defender tires to be the last (or next to last) tires I have to put on the car. The car holds the road noticeably better. My wife even commented on how much better the car holds the road. The stopping distance also seems to be shorter and more secure. The only negative is that the road noise is somewhat louder and the ride is a little harsher. Initially, that bothered me, but because of the 30 days allowed to return the tires under Michelin's warrantee, I decided to wait a couple of weeks to see if I got used to the noise and ride before deciding to keep the tires or not. Within the first two or three weeks, after driving in the rain, in heavy traffic, fast, slow, and on various road surfaces, I decided that the trade off of better road grip and shorter stopping distances more than make up for a bit more road noise and harder ride.
