My new set of 4 Defender tires that I put on my Sienna is my first experience with Michelin. I just bought them this winter, 2012. Overall, my Sienna runs smoothly with these tires and it is quiet. So far, I only have one thousand mile on them. I don't encounter any problem with the tires. I still believe that these tires are fine quality, so they would last up to at least 70K miles. Factory tread warranty is 90k miles. I am willing to pay for the price and expect to receive its quality that Michelin promises.

replaced the Bridgstone OE tires at 50000 km on my 2013 Chrysler 200 S this past October, I found they improved the ride, improved the stability both on the highway and city driving , excellent traction even in the worst winter on the west coast in years. I got these tires in November 2012 and have loved them ever since they were put on my 2008 Altima. They drive great in the rain, snow and heat. They were filled with Nitrogen when I got them and have only had to add air a couple of times. Would highly recommend these tires to everyone!

We live in upstate NY and needed reliable all seasons that were excellent in harsh weather conditions. These fit the bill perfectly. They provide superior traction for winter driving and transition nicely to spring, summer, fall. You can't go wrong with these.

Since my husband passed away, I am the driver now. I figured he knew best about tires and he always bought Michelin brand. In all the years we drove, we never had a flat tire on the road. I've come to rely on Michelin so when I needed new tires, it was a no-brainer but that I'd buy another set of Michelin's.

After shopping around, my husband and I decided on a set of Michelin Defenders for our Chrysler 300. We had been hearing all sorts of noises and even had the front end checked out before our purchase. After we put the Michelins on, it was like driving a brand new car! I could not believe how it quieted down our ride and I felt like I was driving on air. Our 300 had 160,000 miles on it before we bought the new tires and we've been driving it everywhere since the purchase. Michelin Tires are simply the best. I have used other brands, but they do not make me feel as safe on my vehicle. I prefer to have and know that I am driving with Michelin because then I not only have peace of mind but I then also feel safe and know that they are durable and stand behind their product. Other brands fall seem to either fall apart from wear and tear more rapidly or they do not actually stand behind their products.

I purchased a set of Michelin Defender tires for my 2008 Subaru Outback. After 7000 miles, the tread wear isn't even noticeable. The performance on snow, slush and water is phenomenal. These tires are extremely quiet at highway speeds and handle well on both twisty mountain roads and interstate driving. While they are not a dedicated snow tire, I use them year round in Wyoming winters with the only complaint of moderate ice traction. These tires will be purchased by me again.

Defender tires are one uncomfortable ride. On a dirt road, the tire trapped smaller rocks and created an annoying tick as it rotates. On a paved road, the tire vibrates like an alarm clock. The design of the defender tire needs a serious review and improvement.

I replaced the tires on my 2004 Ford Taurus with the Michelin Defenders and I could immediately feel the difference in ride quality as soon as I left the service shop. I usually like to write a review after using the product for a while. I have had these tires on my car for 1 year + and I am truly satisfied. I put them on my car in July 2012 and now its Aug 2013. You will see the difference in the ride quality. Braking efficiency has siginifucantly imroved compared to my old tires and it is clearly noticable. I must also add that there is a clear drop in the fuel economy compared to my old tires, however I do not regret it, as I feel the ride is safer and I can feel it. So expect a drop in your fuel economy but at the same time expect great result on breaking and ride comfort and control
