The tires were mounted on my 2009 Ford Fusion and I immediately noticed an improvement in the ride and handling. I only have a few hundred miles on the tires so I can't attest to the claim of increased gasoline mileage, but I am very pleased with the tires and Michelin as a company.

After much consideration, I stepped up and bought these 90 K tires for our Honda Odessey with 150 K on the van. I really can't believe how much better the van handles and how much less road noise we have. These are great tires that I'd recommend to anyone that is considering spending a few more dollars for MUCH better tires!!

These tires were a replacement for original tires that came on my 300. I drive about 750 miles every 2 weeks for my job. They are superb and drive quieter and smoother than what came on the car. I love these tires and am very pleased with my purchase.

Bought these tires for the 85K tread life warranty. Good luck with that. Looks good on paper but....They now need replacing at 37K albeit they were rotated every 5K. Two of the tires almost bald; the other two very doubtful they would pass inspection. Granted they held up well the first 25K but so do the cheapo tires. Buying a new set of 4 next week but they certainly will NOT be Michelins!! I have been driving for > 40 years. My first & my last experience with Michelin. Buyer beware.....

I purchased Michelin Defender tires for my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. I was looking for a top notch tire for a low price and I think I nailed it. I purchased these tires about 3 weeks ago and have put about 1,000 miles on them already. They have GREAT handling, GREAT stopping power and somehow they still have low rolling resistance which is felt when the car is in neutral. I immediately felt a difference in the handling and how the car rides with these tires, and after 1,000 miles I'm still loving it. We just got a big snowstorm that came through, and the tires handled it so well, I got to be that guy everyone hates who speeds by. Very impressed and I would buy these tires again in a heartbeat.

I reviewed many tires before deciding on Michelin Defender this past February. Oh how happy I am! Driving my car with my new tires is so smooth and quiet, road handling feels like I am connected to the ground--very responsive and secure. I drive a lot on highways and through city traffic, and at all times the handling is better than I have ever felt in over forty years of driving, and in many different vehicles. The road gripping in wet weather feels tighter than most tires on dry pavement. I consider myself a safe and professional driver, as I have been a tractor trailer operator, fire apparatus driver and an Emergency Response Driving Instructor over the years, in addition to my daily commutes and vacation driving. I would, and have already, recommend Defenders to everyone looking for new tires.

I have had Michelin tires on all my cars since 1991. I have never had a problem with them until I had a 1999 Park ave, which had Michelins put on them at 43 miles when the car was new. The tires only lasted until 103,000 miles when the right front tire give out. I think I got my monies worth dont you? Why would you want any other brand tire??

I drove my 2009 Town and Country from Wisconsin to Texas through the tail end of hurricane Sandy. The rain was very heavy and the roads were flooded in spots to the depth of two inches. I could maintain a speed of 50 mph through this mess with no hydroplaning. I drive through snow here in Wisconsin with no problem at all. These are great tires and I will soon be buying new ones at the end of summer for next winter. I get very good gas mileage with these tires - 29 mpg at 65 mph on a 300 mile trip to northern Wisconsin.

I replaced all of my tires and immediately I could tell the difference! My ride was smoother, my gas mileage improved from 22 to 27 mpg average and my driving confidence increased. I even got a full set for my daughter. Thank you for making such an awesome tire!

Overall I would rate my Michelin Defender a 10 out of 10! The tire has very good traction. (rain, snow, high speeds, etc...) I have put around 20k miles on these tires so far and they still look like their almost new. Also, these tires really help with keeping down the road noise, which is very nice for long trips! Would definitely recommend these tires to anyone!
