The 4 Defender tires that I purchased before are excellent, even when the tread was worn to be able to see Lincoln's head on a penny when placed in the tread. I drove through some pretty heavy rain on the interstate and all day rain as well. The Defender tires handled very well and still gave me a safe and comfortable ride at interstate speeds. That is the main reason I am buying my second set for my Prius and probably will purchase a set for my wife's Town and Country too.

My wife and I have been putting miles on these tires and the tread is just as tall as when we first purchased these tires. Road noise, Handling, Manueverability, Comfort, Breaking and overall Piece of Mind are excellent with these Michelin Defenders.

This tire is exactly what it claims to be. .A very quiet and smooth riding tire with excellent traction. I normally put about 50 miles a day on my car, and I could immediately tell what a positive difference in the way my vehicle handles. A pricey tire, however, well worth it. I would recommend this tire to anyone.

As always I do my own tire work for my family and friends. Always use Michelin tires because they pay for themselves in safety, wear, gasoline economy, and balance. If the wheel is in balance the Michelin is usually always in balance. I never have to use wheel weights, at the most I may have to do is to rotate the tire on the wheel to get a perfect balance. The tire is the only thing holding the vehicle off of the pavement. High quality tires are a must for safety's sake!

The defender tires I now have have been the first set of Michelin tires I've had on any of the three Subaru vehicles I've owned. It's been difficult finding a decent set of tires that will last because of the all wheel drive. I now have around 10,000 miles on this set and I can hardly tell there have been any wear. I'm extremely impressed thus far.

My car was shaking and making noise so I took my car to the shop, I was told that I had a screw in my tire. The shop informed me that the screw was on the side wall and would not be able to fix it. I decided to buy 4 new tires just to see if it would make my car ride better. When I got my car back and started to drive home I could immediately tell the difference, my car no longer shook or made noise. I love my new Defender tires and I'm so glad I made the decision to get new tires.

The Michelin Defenders were installed on a GMC Canyon pickup 2 weeks ago. This has been the smothest ride, with excellent traction and handling that I have ever experienced. I cannot imagine a tire that could perform any better than the Defender. We have MXV4's on a 2009 Buick Lucerne and MS2's on a 2000 Ford E350 Van. The Defender is an incredible Tire.

These are by far, the best tires I have ever owned. I can stop on a dime, through rain, wind, snow & ice. I am getting better gas mileage too. My Defender tires have made me a Michelin customer for life! This is one time when a product was worth every penny I paid!

By far, these are the best tires I have ever purchased. Yes, they were a bit more expensive than some other times, but the 90,000 mile warranty tops every other tire I have researched. I have had them on the car for about a year, and there is no sign of wear. If you are considering tires, the Defender is tops!

I am only 4000 miles into my defenders at this time. I can say that I noticed an immediate improvement in handling when traveling the local roads that are definitely not straight lines. If past experience with Michelin tires holds true I expect to be riding on these tires for a very long time.
