The Michelin Defender Tire has been the best tire I have ever driven on. I have had several different other brand name tires and they do not even come close to the defender tire! The ride on the car is smoother and seems to grip on the road with perfection. The tread on the tire is not wearing like other tires. The price of the tires are a little more expensvie but worth every cent! Rotating the tires as recommended by the manufacture will extend the longevity of the tires but even so, the quality of the tires are superior to other brands. I will continue to purchase these tires as I am extremely pleased with this particular product. I would recommend this tire to any and everyone I meet and I have.

Overall I would rate my Michelin Defender a 10 out of 10! The tire has very good traction. (rain, snow, high speeds, etc...) I have put around 20k miles on these tires so far and they still look like their almost new. Also, these tires really help with keeping down the road noise, which is very nice for long trips! Would definitely recommend these tires to anyone!

Bought this tire because I used to work in the tire retail industry for ten years and Michelin's reputation was the best. I run Michelin tires on all my cars. This tire seemed to be the best fir for my car when it needed new tires and I'm happy I made this decision. I live in the upper Midwest and the winters are long and snowy. The traction in the snow and rain is just wonderful. The ride is great as it is on all the tires I have purchased from Michelin.I would recommend this tire or any tire from Michelin to anyone!

This tire is very smooth riding and is labeled "Green" , low rolling resistance. The one thing I noticed is that now the car seems to float around a little at highway speeds. It seems like the tire pressure is low but that is not the case. The feeling would be like you are steering a boat. Tires were installed last month on my 2010 Fusion and now have about 2500 miles on them. 2000 of which are highway.

I purchased a set of 4 Michelin tires for my mini van approximately 6 months ago. Driving 60-70 miles a day, 360-420 miles a week is extremely tough on tires but they have performed well. Regardless of the weather they have maintained stability and traction. They have improved and tripled the comfort of my ride each day. Best purchase I ever made!

I am delighted with my new Michelen Defenders! The tread design is aggressive and the warranty is fantastic! My wife usually buy's tires for the SUV but this time I talked her into not buying the usual brand and we spent more and got a Michelene Defender instead. The last tires we got from her brand only gave us 19,000 miles!!!!!! It was supposed to give us 35,000 miles but they wore out quicker! I told her you pay for what you get and I said Don't buy junk!!!!

these tires have been quite & have gave me almost 30,000 miles trouble free. one thing that i did notice the other day was there are small cracks developing between the tread groves, but no cocern at this time. i will buy michelin tires again, 100% happy!

I recently bought my second set of Defenders. I live 4 hours away from my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, Henry. I make the trip at least twice a month and lots of time I am on my way to stay with Henry when his mom and dad have things they need to do. They can always depend on me to be there when I say I will. I'm never worried about having problems on the road with my tires. They get more snow up there than we do where I live but I never give it a second thought to jump in my car and go. I know my tires will get me there safely...... Henry is always waiting for me and when he smiles and says "Hi Grandma!" I know it's worth every penny that I've spent on my tires to get me to Henry's house!

We feel safe with our Michelin Defender tires: braking, handling, and resistance to hydroplaning. Their great traction gives us confidence when driving in winter weather conditions. Low noise, comfortable ride. We purchased our tires on 03/23/2012 with an 80,000 mile warranty. When it's time again to purchase tires, we will buy Michelin because of their quality and solid reputation. We recommend them to our friends ... absolutely!

I had the defenders put on my Toyata Yaris S the first week of December. Since then we have had major ice and snow and these tires work great! My car is front wheel drive and it is handling better on hills and intersections than some of the SUV's out there. I can stop easily and have great traction going around curves. I know the roads are bad though becasue I see other cars and SUV's sliding through intersections and doing 360's in front of me on the overpasses. Best tires ever! I haven't had them long enough to rate on the fuel efficiency and wear life but so far they have been great... Thanks Michelin!
