This product is very good, when you dry the clothes on the clothesline because only with the soap it becomes hard, but if you put it with a detergent conditioner of this kind it becomes soft.

I used to use this product, I love the smell of it but feel like it's too strong for babies so stop using it. I may use it again when my babies are a bit older and their skins are not too sensitive for scented products.

Highly recommend I love it , makes my clothes smell super fresh and also soft. Some of my stuff I don't use it with as it is not recommended but overall happy with Downy :)

My mother would wash my clothes and use Downy when I was a kid, and I use it today. It's all about the scent for me, I have a sentimental attachment to this product. My clothes have always been soft when using this so I assume it works well !

this is the absolute best fabric conditioner and i cannot do my laundry without it. the smell itself is an amazing experience!!! it leaves your clothes soooo extremely soft, while also helping with wrinkles and smelling divine.

I just completed 7 other (lonnng) reviews so I'm going to keep this one short and to the point. This fabric softener does soften; it softens every single garment in my laundry, ranging from men's jeans and heavy socks to little boys shirts, underwear, sweaters and my intimates, as well as my jeans, shirts, every single article of clothing I wear. (So much for the shortness of this). I use the recommended amount and not only does Downy soften, it removes any/all static and the fragrance is relaxing and evokes a smile. I particularly like the regular scent, even though April Fresh is lovely too. Another plus to this product is that it is long-lasting, and I'm talking days, perhaps even a week, if article is unused. I've added to my laundry, more than a few times, towels that could almost stand by themselves; that's how rigid and course they were. After using Downy Softener, they were as soft and fragrant as an "intimate" I soaked in Downy for over an hour. Yes, I do recommend (I also recommend following directions and only using the recommended amount, rather than pouring it on, thinking more is better. It is a very good product, does what it promises and, in my opinion, is a good buy.

Downy April Fresh Softener has proven to be the best softener product by far. It's smell is great because it has no negative impact on my allergies. It left my clothes smelling so fresh and clean! And the price was absolutely the cheapest I have found. NOTE: I purchased this product through my DreamMall and it was ready for pick-up within hours of the purchase. Not only was it ready, I picked it up the next day, and between the time I ordered and the time I picked it up, there was a sale. By the time I got home and checked my email, WalMart had refunded my credit card $.53. Now that may not be a lot to some, but the simple fact they saw the price drop and took the steps to refund me AFTER I left the store is totally awesome. I will always shop at WalMart and will as much as possible shop on-line. I recommend everyone buying this product.

The spring renewal scent is far better than this scent, but I can't find it anymore.

I think it works really well and it smells great. Would recommend!
